2026: "A Change is gonna come." Sam Cooke. New Look, More Outstanding Flavor!
Hello there Everybody! It has been a minute! The year is in full swing and wouldn't you know it's almost summertime! :) I have moments within my life when music dictates my life. Right now as I type this blog I'm listening to Roxette "It must have been love (Christmas For the broken-hearted)". Did you know it started out as a Christmas song!?!?! Mind Blown; Marie was such a vocal talent.
The winds of change are in the air and Blaque Millennium Kitchens LLC is meeting the challenge. I am proud to announce by the end of July 2026 the seasoning line that you know and love will be changed to "Blaque Millennium Table Seasoning." This change came about due to another business with the "S2" moniker; I have dealt with the trademark "monster" and let me tell you it's not for the faint of heart. You have to be about your B.I. (Business Interest) when you want to attain trademarks, Patents, Copyrights etc. There are laws and rules in place that one must follow and they ALL cost MONEY!
This is the new lineup that you will see in EVERY Indoor/Outdoor event that I'm scheduled to attend! Also there will be times when you see that LARGE label on front or small label. It depends on what's available for me to purchase because I print and format my own labels. MANY will say "John that's too much work! You should have your labels made from a company!"
While I'm grateful for the recommendations I can't get over the fact that within many company contracts they state that they will own YOUR label if you use their service; This is one thing that's a deal breaker for me; besides I love creating my own labels! Especially with the advent of A.I? How can I lose!? :)
Onward to more great news! :)
My BBQ Seasoning blends will no longer contain sugar of any kind; This means no brown sugar, white sugar or honey. Instead they will all be sweetened with Red Bell Pepper flakes! A better healthier alternative that not only tastes AMAZING but also great for your overall wellbeing!
This all came about from a senior couple who visited me at the Evanston Farmers Market in 2024. She would always look at the ingredients of my blends and ask if I had any without sugar. The answer was always the same but one day I told her "I will make a special BBQ blend for both you and your husband to try. Tell me what you think yeah?" When I did give it to her and they came back the next week they couldn't stop telling me all the uses they found with it!
I was completely blown away and I changed my entire BBQ seasoning line to reflect that. Not only do they taste even better but the nutrition numbers jumped up even higher in the right direction! Come check me out or order some online and see the difference for yourself :)
Finally I have something new for 2026: Gift Packs! Three of them!
Ladies and gents I give you:

Yes I know I've said this before but NOW this will be a reality thanks to A.I. Artificial Intelligence isn't as bad as one might think; Actually has its uses and for me, besides my logo creations (Hint Hint.. My product labels are brought to you by A.I.) I will use it to update my website. I went to school for website design; well, it was part of my degree but I didn't have time to do it the way I wanted to because what I learned in school is now obsolete. A.I. will allow me to streamline the entire process and I promise you will see that soon! :)
